How do I find my previous premium purchase?

We’ve found that occasionally when people upgrade their OS or get a new device this occurs. 

 

For iOS, the way to solve it is to go to your INRIX Traffic app then go to Settings and press the button to "Upgrade to Premium," tap the “Go Premium” button and then a menu will pop up asking you whether or not you would like to purchase it or check for a previous purchase.  Tap on that button and it should restore your premium subscription.

 

For Android users please make sure you are logged into the Google Play account you used to complete the Premium purchase and your device will automatically detect the previous purchase.
