I would like a refund

Refund policies, and procedures vary across platforms.

Apple customers (iTunes):

Please contact Apple, via the iTunes app store on your PC or Mac, to request a refund.

1. If you still have the iTunes email receipt for your order, click "Report a Problem" next to the in-app purchase you would like to return.
2. To contact Apple directly through iTunes: Open iTunes on your PC or Mac. Open your account (located next to the home button in the iTunes Store). Click "Purchase History/see all". Locate your order, and click "Report a Problem".

Android customers using Google Play:

INRIX is pleased to consider refund requests submitted to us, via your Google Wallet Account, within seven days.

Sign into your account, and select the relevant order. An email will be generated that will put you directly in touch with INRIX Support.
