How do I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation, for any reason, up to 24 hours before the reservation starts and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for reservations canceled after that point.

To cancel, go to to view your upcoming reservations. Click "Cancel" on the reservation you would like to cancel under "My Reservations," and follow the prompt on the dialog box. 

If you happen to make a mistake while making a reservation please reach out to our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and we'll be more than happy to cancel and refund your reservation.  That being said, we encourage all customers who experienced any issues at all with their reservations to reach out to our customer service team at or (310) 451-9109. If there were unforeseen circumstances at the location that kept you from parking we will provide you with an appropriate resolution.
