Why am I not receiving confirmation emails?

You might have an overly aggressive spam filter that blocks our emails before they reach your inbox. 

Check your spam folder for any messages from ParkMe. If you find it there, add support@parkme.com to your address book, so they don't end up there again.

If you can't locate your parking pass via email, you can always access it by signing into your ParkMe account.
